These terms explain how Pet Portrait Works provides custom AI-generated digital pet portraits, previews, checkout, downloads, and support.
Pet Portrait Works creates AI-generated digital portrait previews from pet photos that you upload. Purchases unlock downloadable digital files only. No physical product is shipped.
You are responsible for uploading photos that you own or have permission to use. Please do not upload images that include people, private documents, or content you are not allowed to share.
Watermarked 1K, low-quality previews are unlimited and use no credits or free portrait allowance. Free and paid clean portraits both require a preview first.
A free 2K medium-quality PNG uses one available free portrait. A paid 2K high-quality PNG uses 1 credit, and a paid 4K extra-high-quality PNG uses 2 credits. Downloading the same completed file again does not use another credit or free portrait.
A failed preview uses no credits or free portrait allowance and does not remove completed previews. A confirmed technical failure during clean portrait generation returns its reserved credits or free portrait allowance. Download formats and link availability may vary by product option.
Pet Portrait Works uses AI systems to create stylized digital portraits. Results may vary based on photo quality, pose, lighting, fur detail, and the selected style.
We do not promise a perfect likeness, a hand-painted result, or a result created by a human artist.
You may not use Pet Portrait Works to create unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, adult, or regulated content.
We may reject uploads, cancel jobs, suspend access, or remove generated files when content appears to violate these terms or payment platform policies.
Purchased files are intended for personal use, gifts, prints, profile images, and social sharing.
Commercial use, resale, merchandising, advertising, or use as a brand asset requires written permission unless a product page states otherwise.
