This policy explains how Pet Portrait Works handles uploaded pet photos, generated previews, checkout data, support requests, and deletion requests.
We collect the photos you upload, the style you choose, generated preview and download files, order details, email addresses used for delivery or support, and basic technical data needed to run the service.
Payment details are processed by our payment provider. Pet Portrait Works does not store full card numbers.
Uploaded photos are used to validate the upload, generate portrait previews, prepare purchased downloads, provide support, and prevent abuse.
Your uploaded photos and generated portraits are private by default. We do not publish them in galleries, ads, or social posts unless you give separate permission.
We do not use your uploaded pet photos or generated portraits to train our own models unless you give separate, explicit permission.
Some processing may be performed by trusted service providers that help us generate, store, deliver, or secure the service.
Uploaded photos, previews, and download files may be retained for a limited period so you can access your order, request support, or recover a download link.
You can request deletion from your download page, account page, or by contacting support at support@petportraitworks.com.
We use service providers for hosting, storage, image generation, checkout, email delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, and customer support.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Pet Portrait Works.
You can ask us to delete uploaded photos and generated files, resend download links, or review a support issue.
We may keep limited records when required for security, tax, payment disputes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
